Shipments are fulfilled through trusted international courier partners DHL EXPRESS.
How long does it take to deliver an order ?
For GCC:
- Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.
For International
- Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch.
How can I track my order ?
If you’re a registered user, you can head over to your orders page, and hit the “Track Your Order” button and it’ll show you the exact status of your order or you can go and to "Track Your Order" in the bottom of home page and fill details. If you have any further inquiries, please feel free to reach us by email, live chat or over the phone and we’ll assist you at the earliest.
What is your return policy?
1. Return Eligibility & Conditions
You may submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, undamaged, and unused.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging provided.
- Footwear and accessories must include the original branded boxes and dust bags, if provided, and must be placed inside a protective outer box for return shipping.
- Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
⚠️ Important: We do not accept returns on:
- Beauty and cosmetic products, due to hygiene regulations.
- Gift cards.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Go to the bottom of our homepage and click on the "Return Form" link.
- Enter your order details (order number, email, etc.).
- Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Depending on your location:
- If you are within GCC countries our Shipping partners will collect your return packages within 2-3 working days.
- For international customers, a DHL or FedEx return label will be sent to your email. Please print and attach this label to your return package. A courier will then collect it from your address.
- Once your returned item(s) are received at our facility, our Quality Control Team will inspect the items to confirm that they meet our return conditions.
- Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.
3. Return Shipping & Charges
- Return courier charges are applicable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- We aim to arrange the courier within 48 hours of your return request.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status:
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed based on your original payment method:
- If you paid online, the amount will be refunded to your bank account or credit card.
- If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued as an online voucher which can be used on your next purchase.
🔁 Please note:
- Return shipping fees are deducted from the refund.
- Refund processing may take up to 14 days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get the item you want is:
- Submit a return request for the original item.
- Once your return is approved and processed, place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
While rare, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize.
To resolve the issue quickly:
- Contact us immediately via email, phone, or live chat.
- Our team will assess the situation and organize a replacement, refund, or exchange as necessary at no extra cost to you.
Something is missing from my order or i received damage item, what do I do?
This is a very rare occurrence but sadly not impossible. We have been working hard on our quality control to ensure that everything that leaves our warehouse is fully what the customer has ordered and with no damages at all. But if in case you’re faced with this incident please do contact us by any form (email, call, whatsapp chat) and we’ll directly take care of it.
